Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where a state requires it. There are no per-page fees, no charges for extra children, and no separate price for the second parent.

Pricing questions

Do I have to pay to use the calendar?
No. The calendar, every schedule pattern, the overnight calculator and the holiday rotations are free with no account. Payment only comes in at the point you export the finished document without a watermark.
Is the one-time export really one-time?
Yes. $39 covers the plan you build, and you can re-download it whenever you want. There's no subscription attached and nothing renews.
What if I need to change the plan later?
A one-time export covers the plan as you exported it, including re-downloads. If you need to change the schedule and export a revised version, after a move, a job change, or as the children get older, that's what Pro is for. You can subscribe at that point rather than up front.
Do both parents have to pay?
No. The price is per plan, not per parent. Once it's exported, both parents have the same document. This is deliberately different from co-parenting platforms that charge each parent separately.
How does this compare to Custody X Change or OurFamilyWizard?
Custody X Change is a dedicated schedule and plan builder at $9.97/mo, or $72/yr billed annually, per parent. It is good software; you are paying for a subscription either way. OurFamilyWizard is a co-parenting communication platform at $110–$300/parent/yr, and both parents need one. CustodyPlan is a one-time $39 for the finished document, with a subscription only if you want ongoing revisions. Prices checked August 2026.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If the export isn't what you expected, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it. The full terms are on the refund policy page.
How do I cancel Pro?
From your account page at any time. Click Manage billing to open the Stripe billing portal and cancel there. Canceling stops future billing and keeps your access to the end of the period you've paid for.
