Help with the product

Something not working, a question about the builder, or you cannot find a feature. Include what you were trying to do and what happened instead.

Billing and refunds

Refund requests, receipts, subscription changes. Email from the address on your account and tell us the purchase date.

Corrections

If something on a state page or a guide is wrong or out of date, tell us. We would rather fix it than have someone rely on it.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give legal advice, tell you what schedule a judge will approve, interpret an existing court order, or advise on your particular case. We are a document-preparation tool, not a law firm. If someone is in danger

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. If you are experiencing domestic abuse, contact a domestic-violence advocate or hotline in your area. Please do not email us about an emergency. We cannot respond quickly enough to help.
